2. What are the key features of your sheds?

Our sheds feature pre-drilled holes for easy assembly, a 5 Rib Wall Sheet Profile for extra strength, flat-packed delivery for protection and easy transportation, internal frame systems with anchor points, wrap-around corner panels, and all hardware included. Additionally, they come with ventilated gables to reduce moisture buildup and wide door openings for easy access.

3. How can I assemble my Globel Garden shed?

4. What should I do if parts are missing or damaged upon delivery?

If any components are missing or damaged, please immediately check using the provided component checklist and notify us by sending an email to sales@mistershelving.com.au
with a photograph of the damaged component. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

5. What is the returns/refunds policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days if you change your mind or receive a defective product. Change of mind returns are subject to a partial refund, and products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Defective products will be exchanged or refunded in full following inspection.

6. How does shipping work, and what are the delivery rates?

Shipping rates vary based on location and are calculated at checkout. We partner with a logistics application to connect with various carriers for delivery across Australian states and territories, excluding WA and NT.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we aim to dispatch products within 48 hours after payment.

7. What should I do if my shed arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days by emailing sales@mistershelving.com.au
with the subject 'My Product Arrived Damaged' and include photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.

8. Are there any additional accessories available for the sheds?

Yes, we offer a variety of accessories including large and small windows, skylights for different shed widths, replacement sliding door glides, and more to enhance your shed's functionality and appearance.

9. Can I install the shed by myself?

Our sheds are designed for DIY assembly with pre-drilled components and detailed instructions. However, due to the size and weight of the materials, we recommend having another person to assist you during the installation process.

10: Do you offer pickup from the warehouse?

Yes, we happily provide a convenient pickup option from our warehouse located in Truganina, Victoria (3029). Once your order is prepared and ready for collection, our warehouse team will contact you with all the necessary details. You can collect your product on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between the hours of 8am and 12pm (noon).

Please ensure you arrive with a vehicle suitable for transporting large and heavy cartons, as the size and weight of products can vary significantly. Our warehouse staff will provide more information about the dimensions and weight of your package upon contact to help you prepare the right type of vehicle for transport. Additionally, remember to bring the necessary identification and order confirmation to ensure a smooth and efficient collection process.
